Svein has ten years of architectural design and property development experience. He has completed over 20 housing and commercial projects in Oslo, including regulatory work in the city centre. Svein, a former architect at Kile Stokholm Arkitekter AS, was involved in the development of Tjuvholmen on behalf of Selvaag (KS Tjuvholmen), project Stranden 1 Aker Brygge for Norwegian Property, and projects in Kvadraturen. Svein graduated with honours from the Universidad de Belgrano in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with a Master's degree in architecture and urban planning.

Professional Background

My professional background started at the family farm until I started to work at a Autolinebåt. Before I served my life in the military. My first experience as an architect took place in Argentina in Buenos Aires. After getting my master degree, I returned to Oslo and started to work as an architect for Kile Stokholm.The next experience was being a freelancer for consulting for property development comapnies, and then established Predio AS in 2018.
